Who We Are
Purpose:
Give everyone the ABILITY to contribute to a more inclusive community.
Mission:
Create opportunities through hospitality for people with differing abilities.
Vision:
Showcase human ability through awareness, independence and equality.
Aber (ˈæbə) Definition: an estuary, or the mouth of a river
Water represents new life and new opportunity-- a fresh start. When different types of water from different places come together, they create a new, beautiful ecosystem. We want people to be able to come together in the same way.
We strive to be the leader in social responsibility. With quality experiences, we want to bring the public face-to-face with a new perspective of what it truly means to have physical or mental challenges. Disabled does not mean incapable. It means finding new ways to live an independent life.
Founders
Daniel Holmes
Daniel has been a part of the performance, entertainment, design, event and catering industry around the world, but above all, always had a passion for connecting with people. Building a community and providing opportunity for others has been a dream. Abermor is that dream come true, as difficult as the journey may be. None of this is for money, for fame, or pity for others. This is all because it is the right thing to do.
Tiffany Holmes
Tiffany has been lucky to experience a lot of different jobs throughout her life. From being a facilitator to writing contracts, working attractions and large events, one thing that these roles had in common is that they all fed into her passions. Through it all, she has been able to keep the focus on having fun, learning new things, recognizing achievements, and creating happiness. She hopes that she can bring these same passions to Abermor. She wants everyone to be able to pursue “dream jobs” like she has—which is why Abermor is so important to her.
Board Members
Rhonda Ross

She has served as a Show Director for UCP of Central Florida’s biggest fund raiser of the year, consulted with The Victory Cup Initiative and ran a food distribution site to help artists and entertainers during the pandemic.
Rhonda is happy to be on the board of Abermor as her life has been touched by her nephew Alex Fee, who has Downs Syndrome.
